Creates bylaws and long-term plan to improve the organization, corporate planning

Oversees financial growth planning, spearheads fundraising efforts

Help with grant management and solicitation letters, engage with supporters and potential supporters of the community center

Develop community center branding and logo, devise plan/strategy for letting community members as well as supporters know about the center and its work

Assists with space and vision, planning, brainstorming and cataloging all material needs and requirements for the building from a design perspective (e.g. specific kind of tables and chairs needed, etc.), partner
with and support the architect
