Mission Statement: It is our desire "to lovingly encourage women to become faithful devoted followers of Jesus Christ." In accordance with the vision of our leader, Pastor Thomas Barclay we aspire to bring broken and suffering women to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Women’s Outreach Department of Progressive Beulah Pentecostal Church seeks to facilitate groups designed to help hurting women change and grow in the Lord through bible study, sharing, and support.
